What began as a hair oil Nirupa made for her daughter is now 25 herbal products for hair, skin and body, made in Vadodara with the support of ICAR-DMAPR, Anand.

In 2018, Nirupa’s daughter had extreme hair fall, a side effect of the medicines she took for dengue. Nirupa took her to doctors and specialists and bought every medicine they advised, but nothing helped.
So she made a hair oil at home, the way her own mother had taught her when she was about ten. It worked, and new hair began to grow.
Relatives and friends asked for the oil and saw the same results. Nirupa decided to share it, and Niarka Herbal Care was born. Today the range runs from hair oil and shampoo to face creams, body lotion and soaps.

Niarka is incubated at Medi-Hub TBI of ICAR-DMAPR in Anand, the Indian Council of Agricultural Research’s Directorate of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Research. It supplies most of our raw herbs, and processes the extracts that need heavy machinery.
