Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds/Cancellations: We currently do not accept refunds or cancellations for orders placed on our website. All sales are final.
Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or if it is not in its proper form, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, we require proper proof of the damage or discrepancy to be sent at info@niarkaherbalcare.in. This may include a video showing the entire unpackaging process to verify the condition of the product upon receipt.
Replacement Process: Upon receipt of the necessary proof, our team will review your request and initiate the replacement process if deemed appropriate. Please note that replacements are subject to product availability. Also note that you are not required to send the damaged product back to us. However, if you wish, you may send the damaged product to the address given below in which case, we will add the shipping charges to your refunded amount (Only if the refund is granted). The receipt of shipping shall be sent at info@niarkaherbalcare.in. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Delivery Delays: Till now, Majority of our orders were delivered within 2-3 days from the date of purchase. However, In the event that the delivery of your order is delayed due to any reason, we will make every effort to notify you promptly of the delay as soon as possible. If you are uncomfortable with the revised delivery date (above 12 business days), you have the option to request a refund.
Startup Challenges: As a startup, there may be instances where we are unable to fulfill the delivery to your specified location even after accepting your order. In such cases, we will initiate a refund process promptly.
Refund Processing: Please note that while we endeavor to process refunds as quickly as possible, there may be rare cases where refund processing may take more than a week due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make sure that your refund is credited within 30 days. We will make use of your original method of payment to send you the refunded amount. If we are unable to do so, we will contact you for more information. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during such times.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
